Welcome to Dr. Riba's Health Club

Founded in 2002 by Dr. Patricia A. Riba, Dr. Riba's Health Club (DrRHC) specializes in children ages 0 to 5 and their families, taking a comprehensive approach to the prevention and treatment of childhood overweight, obesity, diabetes, and Failure to Thrive. DrRHC offers a variety of programs and services aimed at addressing the health needs of children and their families most at risk for obesity and diabetes.

Health Club was nominated for the "Organization of the Year" award from the Governor's Council on Fitness and Sports, by Senator Tom Harman in 2009. The program is increasingly being recognized throughout Orange County as a promising approach to some of the most important children's health issues of our time.

    Assemble your team and register by May 15th. Anyone and everyone interested in supporting a good cause is invited. All skill levels welcome! Registration includes at least three games per team, prizes, food, drinks, and raffle tickets.

    Children ages 2-10

    Earn up to $100 Grocery Vouchers
    A research study using behavioral coaching techniques to improve nutritional habits and family communication. Familes will receive a grocery card for attending each study visit.
